While you were busy with your football and American Idol, or even absorbed over the distractions of "missing planes" the SCOTUM (Supreme Court) was busy ruling in dark shadows that you NO LONGER HAVE ANY RIGHTS. While everyone was preoccucpied worrying over where Flight 370 had gone, the Bill of Rights was being thwarted into a Bill of PRIVILEGES..
