Governor pardons his own son's marijuana charges.

Mike Beebe has been governor of Arkansas for two terms and is about to leave office. Before doing so, he just pardoned his own son's felony charges for possessing marijuana with the intent to sell. While the governor has pardoned many while in office and says he believes in second chances, his son's pardon application moved with rapid speed through a system that generally takes longer to wade through. The Resident discusses.
